Seven vibrant effects in total
The Mod Rex pedal packs four individual effects sections, each with their own time settings. The Mod section offers up classic vibrato, flanger, chorus, or phaser effects. The Trem section provides tremolo, and the Pan section creates stereo panning effects. The Filter section features a modulated filter with selectable lowpass, highpass, or bandpass operation.
Each section on the Mod Rex pedal has its own LFO with four selectable waveforms. Modulating different sections with different waveshapes can reward you with exciting sonic textures, and that’s just the start. Because each section can be set to one of nine different time subdivisions (from whole notes to 16th notes), you can create polyrhythmic modulation effects simply by selecting different time divisions for each section.
