Premium Microphone for Drums and Instruments
Whether you’re mixing a recording or monitoring a bass line, you want a microphone that combines superior attack and punch for studio-quality sound, even at extremely high sound pressure levels with ultra-low noise floor. Our C112 dynamic microphone offers a strong low-frequency response and is specifically tailored for bass frequency applications. C112 is designed for use with kick drums, bass drums, bass guitar, cabinets and brass instruments – as well as other traditional low-frequency applications including piano – and provides incredible high-quality performance at a price well within the reach of every budget!
Sturdy Yet Portable
The C112 dynamic microphone is constructed with metal diecast to withstand the rigors of all drumming sessions and doesn’t require phantom power to operate. A high-quality carry case is included for extra convenience and portability – you can take it anywhere to record your drums and bass instruments when the muse inspires you!
Place It and You Won’t Ever Replace It
Place your Behringer C112 inside the kick drum and point it towards the beater and you will capture the attack as you wanted. Position the mic just inside the kick drum opening to capture more weight and less attack. Aim the mic directly at beater for more attack, or towards the far edge of the drum for more resonant tone – this is how you capture the best of both worlds.
